Multiple reports show, Nintendo will reveal a new console probably before or at E3 this June. Initially reported by GameInformer, the console is said to have capabilities of running games at “HD resolutions”.
What we also learnt is that the console is much pore powerful than Xbox 360 and PS3, which is very understandable. IGN however reported that Nintendo will release a Pre-Announcement later this month with a full reveal planned at E3 and that the console will be backwards compatible with current Wii software, and a late 2012 Launch is planned.
CVG reports that the new Nintendo console will spot an “all-new controller – not an updated Wii controller” – adding that it will have a built-in screen.
Lots of speculations at the moment, but we at RTG will get you details as they are revealed, stay tuned.
