You’ve all heard about Deadlight by now, but if you haven’t, the game was acquired for publishing exclusively recently by Microsoft Game Studios, which simply put together means another exclusive title for XBLA/XBOX360. Deadlight is being develop by Tequila Works, a new independent studio based in Madrid, Spain.
To the game, Deadlight is a cinematic action-platformer with action-based puzzles. The player plays Randall Wayne, survivor of an apocalyptic world set in an alternate 80s. Taking advantage of Randall’s agility, the player will overcome obstacles, dodge enemies, and set diversions. Surviving is much more than a daily routine in this original cinematic puzzle platformer.
Deadlight is to be released as an XBLA exclusive title in summer 2012
