The game Mass Effect 2 is not out yet, but the people at BioWare are already looking into the details on its DLC. According to the studio,immediately after the game is released,everyone working currently on the game will resume working directly on the coming DLC.
“One of the things that we weren’t able to do technically was to have the support in the game itself for certain kinds of downloadable content, It either had to be a huge pack or nothing” Hudson said. ME2 will offer more in the way that it can deliver DLC to the players, “it’s technically possible to do a whole range of different kinds of downloads”.
Although Project Director, Casey Hudson on the Mass Effect 2 did not say much on what the contents are going to be, but he mentioned huge consideration is been put into fan base feedback.
Let’s hope this turns out to be a huge success, the GTA4 DLCs were good examples of a huge DLC success.
