Just in time for Halloween yaay!!! but instead of watching old horror flicks and such, why not pull out that ol’ Rockstar Game what was it called? No its not Manhunt although that would be nice to play right about now. How about Red Dead Redemption! Yea that’s right, oh you didn’t know they came out with a dlc called the “Undead Nightmare Pack” its only been the most talked about dlc from Rockstar since The Ballad Of Gay Tony. I mean serious if you still on the fence on buying this up, well let me help make up your mind then unless you want these guys coming after you!!!
Now I will be honest with you because I have not finish the main game, nor did I even attempt to play all the other packs and that’s because of *cough KIN cough ECT cough* and a few other games as well, so don’t beat me up comment wise!!! I don’t want to have to send the four horsemen at you!!!
The story takes place seemingly overnight, a zombie plague ravages the once bountiful frontier, decimating the landscape and reawakening the dead. In towns, settlements, and outposts throughout the world, the uninfected citizens are left to fight for survival against waves of the undead. John Marston must ride out into the vast and terrifying world and survive long enough to find a cure.
Without giving too much away on the story, you will come across all the characters from RDR but there is one character in particular who really shines the most and that is our good old buddy Seth man I tell you, he is something else but you will have to play to see as I’m still somewhere like a quarter of it done myself so I got some ways to go.
The gameplay feels pretty much the same with a few tweaks here and there at first you were just roaming around the Western Border States in the main story looking for the npc’s to pop up or doing all the side missions, that’s still there but now you have to watch your back more often.
The hordes just keep coming at you hard, so with that being said your torch can only take you so far, you can bang it out against three zombies at a time but when the rest start to smell your blood you bets be clearing a path with one of your weapons because it will get ugly!!!!
In this pack you got four different types of zombies who in which are the stars of the game right. See Rockstar didn’t just want you to just shoot just some plain old zombies nah that wouldn’t be fun at all.
1.The traditional class of zombie is generally a bit slower – but still with enough pep to get you, and a tendency to grapple and bite when it comes in contact with the living.
2. A leaner and more nimble type of zombie, the ‘Bolter’ class is quick and harder to line up in your sights, but more susceptible to damage.
3. The most strapping member of the zombie family, the ‘Bruiser’ class has a heavy-set frame and moves slower than all other types of zombies, but can overpower you with pure, brute force and a deadly melee attack when in close.
4.Retching, writhing and spitting - ‘Retchers’ are particularly repulsive creatures that give off a radioactive glow and can inflict damage and impair movement with their signature projectile spew.
Dam that was a lot to chew on, was it! but hey I want you to feel the gameplay as you read my write up!!!
There are some more surprises I won’t tell you about but one of them solves an six year old myth if you have been playing any of Rockstar games then you will notice this right off the bat when that time comes.
Now I haven’t played the multiplayer Undead Overrun yet, its a new multiplayer survival mode where waves of infected enemies attack and players must work together to stay alive against increasingly difficult odds.
So since I only gave you an tease of what Rockstar has done with this beautiful game I guarantee you will love this pack, I’ll update you on the multiplayer aspect of the pack
As of this writing Rockstar has announce that they will be hosting double xp weekend and you can play with the developers on both platforms here is a pic for you click here on how play with them.

Now I got to finish up on this game so I can get scrape online peace! Thanks for reading my write up.
