Call of Duty: Black Ops Box-Art Revealed

Kotaku is carrying what it claims is the final boxart for Activision’s upcoming Call of Duty: Black Ops.

The understated cover depicts a shadowy special ops soldier carrying two pistols, one of which is etched with the name ‘Sally’ and eight tally marks.

Honestly, the cover looks very cool, but as we all know…we’ll need more than a cover from Activision to be satisfied with the final quality of the title.

Mxspartan, i would say both. It was this way after modern warfare, and from the look of the trailer…Black Ops got the genes of MW2 embedded.
But, at least for PC gamers…there's going to be Dedicated server, you have to be darn sure RTG will have both US and EU servers running, provided the game lives to expectation.

Why do I get the feeling that this game will follow in the footsteps of Cod:WaW? Is it because of the time period the game is set in? Or is it because it seems like every other CoD is generally a pale imitation of its predecessor?

The cover looks cool but I'm starting to grow tired of CoD but being the mindless tool that I am, I most likely will run out to my nearest gamestop when it comes out to pick it up.
