Playstation Blog has revealed that AC: Revelations beta that was previously exclusively for the select few will go public today from around 10am GMT. The beta announced by Ubisoft will only run until the 11th September so gamers need to get in quick to maximise their playtime on the multiplayer beta. In the beta you are given a selection of nine characters to choose from each with customisable abilities, there are 3 maps and 4 modes which are Deathmatch, Wanted (Where you destroy targets without getting caught yourself), Manhunt (where each team takes in turns at pursuing the other team) and Artefact Assault (similar to capture the flag where you have to steal the enemy team’s artefact and return it to your own base). There’s also various perks for you to try out and a thirty level cap. So plenty to keep you busy until Sunday.
